Espresso Eksjö Konditoriis the foundation of our entire coffee culture and the key to a perfect cappuccino. Our house espresso blend consists of rich, freshly ground coffee from our grinder, with a robust flavor crowned by a golden crema.
In our modern machine, we use a pressure system that heats water to 93–96 degrees and forces it through 17–18 grams of finely ground coffee over 25–35 seconds. The result is that perfect little cup of strong coffee, ideal after a meal or as a warming treat in our historic setting.
Experience the rich flavor of coffee and its balanced sweetness, topped with a firm foam made up of cellulose and fats known as crema. In Italy, this drink is simply calledcaffè, as it is the most common type of coffee.
